Agile Increments

• Work increments serve their purpose — the creation of value — best when they are never considered done. Instead, they undergo ongoing evaluation and optimization.
• In a fast-paced world where agile ways of working have long become common sense, it is time to welcome this core value at the level of product and increment itself.
• AI is both: it drives these changing demands and enables exciting new ways to meet them.
• Conventional platforms and software solutions stand in the way of this agile character — often by business model.
